  • The cost of service varies based on individual, couples and family therapy. You can find the cost of services under my Fees & Insurance tab.

    • Increased privacy and confidentiality, as there is no required mental health diagnosis to justify treatment as medically necessary

    • Decreased paper trail, keeping any documents that may later be requested during legal proceedings or by long term insurance companies to a minimum

    • Learn and grow at your own pace and in your own time; you cannot be cut off by someone else deciding treatment is no longer medically necessary

    • No formal mental health diagnosis that may impact life insurance policies

  • I have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available. You can schedule a free 15-minute consult and we can discuss further.

  • Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.

    A $75 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged for any session/appointments cancelled outside of the cancellation policy (under 24 hours), and for no-show appointments.

  • At this time I do not take medical clients. I will update the FAQ page should that change.

  • I offer therapy in person and online. I use Simple Practice, a HIPPA compliant platform, for video appointments. It is important to note that I offer online therapy only in the state of California at this time.

  • We can schedule a free 15-minute consult to find out what you are seeking to get from therapy and see if we are a good match.

  • I do no take on court ordered clients or patients. Ask for a list of approved therapists from the court ordering this resource to you. I do not have the capacity at this time to support individuals or families that are in need of this as it requires additional time commitments, consults and documentation.

  • I do not offer co-parenting or any group therapy at this time.
