Increased privacy and confidentiality, as there is no required mental health diagnosis to justify treatment as medically necessary
Decreased paper trail, keeping any documents that may later be requested during legal proceedings or by long term insurance companies to a minimum
Learn and grow at your own pace and in your own time; you cannot be cut off by someone else deciding treatment is no longer medically necessary

I have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available. You can schedule a free 15-minute consult and we can discuss further.

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.
A $75 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged for any session/appointments cancelled outside of the cancellation policy (under 24 hours), and for no-show appointments.

At this time I do not take medical clients. I will update the FAQ page should that change.

I offer therapy in person and online. I use Simple Practice, a HIPPA compliant platform, for video appointments. It is important to note that I offer online therapy only in the state of California at this time.

We can schedule a free 15-minute consult to find out what you are seeking to get from therapy and see if we are a good match.

I do no take on court ordered clients or patients. Ask for a list of approved therapists from the court ordering this resource to you. I do not have the capacity at this time to support individuals or families that are in need of this as it requires additional time commitments, consults and documentation.

I do not offer co-parenting or any group therapy at this time.
