  • Couples Therapy

You and your romantic partner/spouse/life companion can come together in a neutral space to address your needs and wants as a couple. Couples therapy is a great resource if you are seeking to heal wounds from the past, broken trust, increase connection, and communicate effectively about issues, or seeking a safe space to understand each other better. Through couples therapy you can gain skills together and learn how to engage as partners in life that fit your unique relationship.

Whether you are needing individual therapy, couples therapy, or you are seeking therapy for your teen/child, therapy will be conducted with your various identities and ivtersectionalities in mind. I am a culturally sensitive and trauma informed therapist.

I also provide evaluations for gender dysphoria for our trans-folks seeking letters of support for gender affirming care.
