I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License #143622) practicing in the field since 2019. I am a Mexican-American, gender fluid, pansexual woman and human. I grew up in the San Joaquin Valley as a first generation immigrant. I have worked in community mental health and private practice outpatient settings. I offer bilingual therapy services in English and Spanish to support my clients with processing trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relational concerns, life adjustments, gender identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, sexuality and processing general life stressors.

Fun Facts

  • I am married and have 2 dogs. My husband and dogs bring me much joy and laughter.

  • I love color and my hair is often different colors.

  • I believe flowers and plants are amazing living beings but I have the hardest time keeping them alive and well. The survivors are the hardy plants that can withstand my beginner gardener skills.

  • Being creative and engaging in things that bring me joy are part of my self-care.
